The Ukrainian immigrant established herself as a Realtor in Southern California in 2007 and moved to Las Vegas two years later, falling in love with the lifestyle and scenery of Southern Nevada.

A warm and engaging personality, Tatyana balances charm with proven business savvy to aggressively advocate on behalf of her clients. She understands how to adapt to market conditions and navigate the often complicated process of buying or selling a home. Through it all, her greatest reward is helping others achieve their dreams.

Tatyana’s drive to service and excellence is reflected in her original plans for a career in healthcare, earning a bachelor’s degree in medical science and nursing. However, she was offered a contract with Ford Models and spent 10 years representing brands like Neiman Marcus, Chanel and Christian Dior. Tatyana’s time in the fashion industry nurtured an appreciation for beauty, art and design that carried over to real estate, often with business campaigns based on direct-response multimedia marketing.

A believer in ongoing education, Tatyana studied at the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and is certified by the Luxury Home Council as an Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS). She is excited to be a part of Luxury Estates International (LEI) and has an especially deep affection for upscale Summerlin and Henderson communities as well as the beauty of Nevada’s great outdoors.

When not closing deals, Tatyana loves to garden and play tennis. She’s also a professionally trained piano player. No matter the situation, Tatyana Caruso is always ready to follow through on a challenge from beginning to end.
