Dylan Acosta has always been fascinated with real estate. As a youngster, he marveled at the skyscrapers of New York and the mega-casinos of Las Vegas, captivated by not only their architecture, but how they represent American ingenuity and the dream of unlimited possibilities.

At the urging of a relative, Acosta took his love for compelling spaces and entered the world of real estate, earning his license at 20 years old and scoring his first million-dollar sale just two years later. He hasn’t looked back since, proving to be a leading specialist in luxury neighborhoods in Summerlin, Henderson and throughout the Las Vegas Valley including the World Famous, Las Vegas Boulevard.

Born and raised in Las Vegas, Acosta has a distinctive locals’ perspective on the market that can’t be taught in a classroom. He’s an authority on the Las Vegas Strip and Summerlin communities, but knows every square-mile of the city and loves to show clients hidden gems in overlooked neighborhoods.

Acosta scouted brokerages throughout Southern Nevada before choosing to join Luxury Estates International (LEI).
